Do I need a reservation?
Counter experiences — the 15-course and 11-course express omakase — require a reservation. Dining room seating is walk-in friendly, though we recommend reserving ahead so we can take better care of you.
Do I need to sit at the counter to have omakase?
No. We offer tableside omakase in the dining room — a guided nigiri progression brought to your table. Same fish, same garnishes, more flexibility.
What's the difference between the counter and tableside omakase?
At the counter, you're sitting directly in front of the chef — intimate, interactive, and featuring our most premium ingredients and exclusive courses. Tableside omakase brings a guided nigiri progression to your dining room table, with more room for conversation and the flexibility to supplement with à la carte items.
What's the difference between the 15-course and 11-course express omakase?
Both take place at the counter with the same fish and garnishes. The 15-course is our flagship — the experience we've put the most creative energy into, featuring premium ingredients exclusive to the counter. About 90 minutes, slower paced. The 11-course express omakase is 10 nigiri plus a handroll, about an hour. A shorter commitment, no shortcuts.
Are all nigiri dressed and garnished?
Nigiri served as part of the counter omakase and tableside omakase is dressed and garnished by the chef. À la carte nigiri is served in a more traditional style.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Our kitchen is completely nut-free across the entire menu. Our menu is also highly gluten-free friendly — nearly everything is naturally gluten-free, with the exception of unagi. If you have severe celiac disease, please reach out before booking so we can discuss your specific needs. We can accommodate shellfish allergies with advance notice. Due to the nature of our menu, we cannot accommodate fin fish or soy allergies. Please note all dietary needs in your pre-visit questions after booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
A credit card hold is required for all counter reservations. Rescheduling is available with advance notice — 72 hours for the 15-course, 48 hours for the 11-course express omakase. Cancellations within these windows are subject to a fee, as rebooking those seats on short notice is difficult. All cancellations and reschedule requests must be made by phone or email.
How often are reservations released?
We release reservations on a rolling 30-day basis. To join the waitlist for a specific experience, select "Notify" on Tock — you'll be alerted if a spot opens, but the reservation isn't secured until you complete the booking.
