- Chef’s Counter experiences (15-Course Omakase and Happy Hour Omakase)
require a reservation. - Dining Floor seating, including tableside omakase, is reservation preferred but
not required. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows.
No. In addition to our Chef’s Counter omakase, we also offer a tableside omakase, which is a guided nigiri experience served at a table in the dining room.
- Chef’s Counter Omakase is served directly by the chef in an intimate, interactive setting.
- Tableside Omakase offers a guided progression of nigiri in the dining room, allowing for more conversation and flexibility.
The tableside omakase includes fewer courses than the counter experience, but the nigiri is dressed and garnished in the same style. Guests are welcome to supplement their meal with items from the à la carte menu.
Both experiences take place at the Chef’s Counter.

Nigiri is dressed and garnished as part of Chef’s Counter omakase experiences and the tableside omakase which showcases our chef’s personal style. À la carte nigiri is served in a more traditional style.
You may book an “À La Carte – Dining Floor” reservation on Tock and decide upon arrival whether to order the tableside omakase. That said, noting your intent in advance helps our team prepare and ensures smoother service.
We are very gluten-free and celiac friendly and can accommodate shellfish allergies.
- Severe shellfish allergies with life-threatening cross-contact risk are not recommended.
- Mushroom allergies can be accommodated with advance notice but are more challenging.
Please inform us of any allergies ahead of time so we can prepare appropriately and keep all guests safe.

We release reservations on a rolling 30-day basis.
New dates become available daily at 12:00 PM, exactly 30 days in advance.
Because omakase experiences are prepared specifically for each guest:
- Chef’s Counter reservations require 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
- Cancellations or reschedules within 72 hours are subject to a cancellation fee, as rebooking those seats in that time frame become more difficult.
All cancellations or reschedules must be made via phone or email.
Yes. Through Tock, select the experience and time you’re interested in and choose “Notify.”
If a spot opens, you’ll be alerted, but the reservation is not secured until you complete the booking.
